This was a marquee setup for 350 + people, to achieve this on the irregular shape of the grass area we attached a 10m x 30m to a 6m x 15m and it worked out so well!
This client wanted a simple yet elegant backyard wedding and we really think this setup encapsulated all her ideas. We had a small space but suing trestle tables / bench seats ass well as placing the marquee over existing trees on the property really made this space work nicely.
This wedding will be remembered for a long time as it was during the last massive cyclone to hit New Zealand. Our 6x18m marquee was not phased though and the wedding managed to go off without a hitch! This client wanted a very rustic, green/grey and festoon light feel which was achieved effortlessly. Not having the silk lining in the ceiling to expose the marquee beams really suited this weddings look! Using a vast amount of festoon lights all over the ceiling really gave off a warm yet avant-garde feel.
Setting up this 10x15m marquee surrounded by the amazing scenery of Mahurangi West was spectacular. The amazing couple had this marquee situated on the clifftops right opposite a very traditional style small church. We embellished the inside of the marquee with a full 15m clear wall so the scenery was never missed as well as silk lining and chandeliers. Our bride wanted large and wild like floral centrepieces accompanied with candles and a touch of bling.
Space was a non-issue for this really special setup out on a farm in Pakuranga. The key here was to try and keep an intimate feel for the client as we realistically but this marquee up in a paddock opposite their house. We used a 10m style marquee but also made sure to attach a smaller style marquee which was used for their bar area. This client also wanted round tables to take up a good amount of space, again to give it that intimate feel; alongside an amazing large dance floor. Using festoon lights and a fairy light curtain behind the bridal table made this marquee look magical when the sun went down.
This was a tough situation as the couple had a family friend who owned this restaurant but also needed to extend the venue with our marquee to fit their guest capacity in terms of ceremony area versus reception area. Regulation with having part of this marquee in the carpark was tricky but nothing is impossible. Using solid sides to close off the unwanted scenery and keeping the marquee small and imitate accompanied with a reoccurring theme from inside the restaurant, this wedding was a great success.
Nothing beats a rustic style wedding and when you have the most amazing house to setup your marquee then why not! We managed to fit a 10x15m marquee on the side lawn of this stunning property which we really tried to open up and have an indoor / outdoor flow affect for all guests. Using hessian, hay bales, milk bottle jugs and ivory for miles, this wedding really looks spectacular.
Small and intimate setting high up in the rural area of Huia Titiranga was the location for this wedding. This site was hand crafted by the groom himself for this very wedding day and what a job he did! Our team setup a 6m x 6m Baytex Marquee which was used for both the ceremony as well as the intimate reception for very close friends and family. There was no décor needed as the rural setting with a sea view was all that was needed.
Meeting this couple at the Bride and Groom show in May 2015 was an absolute pleasure and from this date onwards we were planning their special day which was held at an absolutely gorgeous residence in Whenuapai, West Auckland. This 6x15m Baytex Marquee was positioned running long-ways from the main house and next to an amazing outdoor pool and BBQ space.
This couple wanted a simple yet modern look with mainly white and blues elements incorporated in their table settings. Using our large round tables accompanied by white covered bar leaners and the pop of blue that was in their centrepieces and napkins really made this setup come alive!
This wedding was set on a family property in the picturesque location of Riverhead in west Auckland. We setup a 6x18m marquee on a grassy field that overlooked the stunning views of both ocean and country side. Accompanied by the Bride and Grooms tasteful rustic pallet, this marquee was the perfect option for their reception. We wanted to make sure the crisp white marquee was able to be nearly completely opened so that guests could sprawl out and really take in that amazing scenery. The deluxe white folding chair and all white for the tables really made this marquee pop.
Set in a hidden piece of paradise just down the road from Matakana Village was where we setup a 10m x 15m marquee for Alexandra & Andy in March this year. This couple loved the industrial look a marquee can bring without having all the frills such as silk lining and instead opted for a simple and modern white wall, festoon light setup with three large handing floral centrepieces hung from the marquee ceiling. Incorporating hessian with all white table and chairs and a splash of their personal touch in table names etc. etc. made this wedding setup timeless!
The stunning setting at Highwic House in Newmarket was the perfect location for our 10x30m Baytex marquee with all the trimmings. This wedding setup was for 250 guests as well as bridal table, as you can see there was a lot of extra space for guests to dance and mingle, which was the feel we were going for. Round banquet tables for guests with overhanding chandeliers every 5ms of marquee ceiling to accompany the silk lining really made this a grand affair!
Hunua Falls Camp grounds with the rolling greenery as the view was the ideal setup for our bride, who chose the 6x18m Baytex marquee for her guests. Setting the Bridal table up on the 'already existing deck' of the hall and really showcasing the guest's tables inside the marquee with a full clear 18m marquee wall showcasing the stunning scenery was the key for this wedding. Keeping in theme with the green table runners and green sashes on the marquee poles really tied everything together.
We setup a fantastically rustic and beautiful 6m x 18m Baytex Marquee in the backyard of this stunning bride. It was the perfect fit for this family wedding affair, adding the Silk Lining, LED Bulb Lights and Silk Pole Lining made this marquee setup look marvellous! There was 140 people seated amongst straight and manicured trestle tables with the addition of the bride's decorative and imaginative central ladder centrepiece with hanging jars and flowers.
Our Bay of Islands wedding setup in KawaKawa Bay was a sight for sour eyes. The idea of this event was to incorporate the already existing deck area as a stage and dance floor space. Our Baytex 10x15m marquee was perfect for this as 'space was the key point'. We easily sat 60 guests on our trestle tables and we also opened the front portion of 15m up completely to encompass the stunning sea and coastal views. Match this with the silk lining, chandeliers and LED bulb lights, this wedding setup was absolutely stunning.
This small and intimate ceremony and reception was located at a private residence with absolutely breath-taking views of the ocean and well-presented backyard. Incorporating our Baytex 6mx9m clipframe marquee made the transiting from Ceremony to Reception smooth and simple without taking away from the views as we opened up the complete front of the marquee. Trestle tables and white deluxe folding chairs catered for the 50 guests and our silk draping on the ceiling of the marquee made this reception as beautiful as the views the guests were looking out over.
The Iconic and open planned area of Shed 10 down on the viaduct was the perfect setting for our Baytex 6x12m Clipframe marquee. Trying to setup a more industrial look with a full open front and exposed bars, the contestants were visually easy to see from the crowd below.
Take a look at this simple but oh so chic farm style wedding in our Baytex 10x20m Clipframe Marquee. Trestle tables and deluxe white folding chairs making up the seating arrangements for the guests and bridal table 'with white 10m fairy lights as their backdrop'. This Marquee took a comfortable capacity of 150 guests, making sure our clear walls took in the beautiful landscape views. Our 4.8 x 5m wooden dance floor for the live band that attended really was the icing on the cake at this wedding.
Having a party in your backyard is always a winner and our Baytex 6x18m Clipframe Marquee was a massive hit at this 50th birthday party. With over 60 + guests our client wanted ample space and a real cocktail style feel to be incorporated. Utilising our bar leaners, raised flooring and LED 5m x 5m dance floor was absolutely perfect! Having the marquee lit up with our LED bulb lights and wash lights for extra atmosphere was also key to making the party a success.
This event that took place in the iconic Eden Park was for the NZ Football association celebrating the 3rd place ranking of the Phoenix. Our Baytex 6x15m Clipframe marquee was the perfect size and modern look they wanted for a luncheon and VIP café style area within their vast celebratory setup. Opening up the entire front and incorporating the rich blue theme with our beautiful modern white marquee made this area look contemporary and sleek. Utilising our round tables, bar leaners as well as umbrellas and deluxe white folding chairs was the cherry on top.
Sometimes when an office restructure or renovations are happening you are stuck for ideas to keep everything running smoothly. This marquee was for a temporary office space we setup in the beautiful Whangaparoa Peninsular and worked like a charm. Our Baytex 10x10m Clipframe marquee did the job of hosting upwards to 80 business delegates in a structure that was durable, completely water tight with raised flooring to boot, so whatever the weather we had them covered. After an initial site visit and realising that they were also lucky enough to have a spectacular sea view we choose to incorporate clear sides.
